COVID-19 Statement

During this unprecedented time, our efforts are to ensure that our recipients are delighted to receive fabulous flower arrangements. Our endeavor is to pursue bringing smiles to recipients that deserve to feel special, especially during these hard times.

We want to assure you that our best efforts are to achieve exceptional quality arrangements to brighten your day. With COVID-19 restrictions, please be advised that some substitutions may need to be arranged due to unexpected circumstances (please see the Substitutions section of our delivery policy page). Also, delivery locations that include hospitals, retirement homes, and residences with vulnerable populations may have policies that restrict accessibility for direct deliveries. Therefore, please be advised that we will arrange for the gift to be delivered to secure personnel.

Our team is alert and attentive to COVID-19 policies and regulations in the Kitchener-Waterloo region and surrounding areas. Our priority is to ensure that the safety of our team and our recipients is considered when delivering our flower arrangements. Therefore, minimal in-person contact will be made with recipients so that safety is prioritized.
