Our Delivery Policy

Same Day Delivery

Our floral arrangements can be delivered the same day if the order is placed Monday through Friday before 12 pm in the recipient's Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding area, or before 11 am on Saturdays. Orders received after those times will be delivered the following day.

Specific time requests are not available during peak periods and special Holidays that include Mother’s Day, Christmas, New Year's, and Valentine's Day. We would be happy to arrange for a morning or afternoon delivery during these special dates. We kindly request that an order be placed for a minimum of three days before the actual delivery date. This will ensure that our arrangements can be delivered accordingly to your satisfaction and the recipients. Please check our website and follow our socials for updated information regarding schedules for holidays and other events.

 

Delivery Under Time Requests

Specific time requests are unfortunately unavailable (such as requests to be delivered exactly at 12 pm). However, if we receive your order 24 hours in advance, recipients may request a delivery to occur in a time frame that is to be delivered between two hours (such as between 12 pm and 2 pm), whether that be in the morning or afternoon. Deliveries for recipients of the Kitchener-Waterloo region may request delivery on the same day if ordered before 12 pm to be delivered before 6 PM (exceptions may apply, please see section under Same Day Delivery). To make these delivery requests, please enter time requests and important information under the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to meet your order. There's an additional fee for a deluxe-size bouquet, please ask for details.

 

Delivery to Apartments

Recipients residing in buildings, condominiums or gated areas will be contacted to ensure that any specifications that need to be met for delivery (such as procedures for entering the area), are arranged successfully. Under the Special Instructions field, please leave any specifications to advise our team about delivery permittance and procedures, such as allowing deliveries to be left at the doorstep or with residence staff.

 

Delivery to Hospitals

It is pertinent to obtain important and detailed information about the recipient for a successful delivery. Important information includes the name of the recipient and sender, the name of the hospital or Institution, the floor and room number of the recipient, and the phone number for best contact.

We will ensure that delivery is made to the recipient while also following the protocols of the facility. In doing so, please be advised that hospital procedures may restrict direct deliveries to the recipient’s room. Please be assured that we will relay important information to the directed recipient desk for the secure delivery of the arrangements.

 

Delivery to Not-At-Home Recipient

Please indicate under Special Instructions if the intended recipient will not be home, or at the specified delivery destination during the chosen delivery time frame. Also, it would be beneficial to list any special instructions for delivery when the recipient is not present.

If the recipient is unexpectedly not home, or present at the delivery location, the following options can be arranged by our team:

• If noted under the Special Instructions, the indications of what to do if the recipient is not present will be followed to complete delivery

• The recipient may be contacted for instructions on where to leave the arrangements

• The gift arrangement may be left with a neighbor to secure delivery, with a note left to the recipient to advise of this action

 

Substitutions

Specific flowers may not be available for use during unprecedented circumstances or availability. Our efforts will continue to ensure that your flower arrangements satisfy you. To ensure the arrangements are up to your requests, substitutions, and replacements if needed will be made to reach the same quality that maintains the selected style, theme, and color schemes of the original value order.

 

Extreme Weather and Inaccessible Locations

Under extreme weather conditions and other delaying factors that are beyond our control, we may unfortunately not be able to deliver during the exact time frame. Circumstances may include weather restrictions not permitting delivery, delivery sites being inaccessible, delays due to special circumstances, or a specified reason to which our efforts will focus on ensuring our recipients are made aware of the delay. We hope that with your understanding, the flower arrangements can be scheduled for a different delivery time and thank you for your utmost patience.
